Yes – you package the dry ingredients and give it as a gift. They then boil it with water in a pot on a stove top whenever they want their house to smell festive! 🙂

In reply to Pat Gildea. Sorry for the mistake! This post is from last year and I can't believe no one picked up on that til now! I think I put about 10-15 cranberries in each bag. I only used one bag and split it between about a dozen gifts.

You listed ingredients but while your photo shows cranberries your ingredient list did not. Were they included in the bags?
