Over this past month, I have shared two posts involving the Project Life system.
First, there was the photo and memo board that I created using an old frame and project life cards…
…and second, I showed how to print on project life cards.
Ever since these two posts, I have received so many questions about the Project Life system. So here’s a quick run-down on what Project Life is and how you can catch a one time, super deal!
What is Project Life?
If you have never heard of project life and missed my past two posts, Project Life is a quick and simple approach to scrapbooking that aims to get your photos off your computer’s hard drive and into albums where they belong. You don’t need scissors, glue, or any other scrapbooking supplies – project life kits supply all you need. It is perfect for the person who wants the finished product of a beautiful scrapbook but don’t have the time or skill to make one – this is a product that works for everyone!
How do I use Project Life?
All you need to do is pick a theme – there are so many adorable ones to choose from – and then choose a co-ordinating core kit (which contains the cards), album, and page protectors. Then it’s as simple as printing your photos and placing them and the cards into the page protectors. Ta-da! A beautiful scrapbook.
Project Life isn’t only for scrapbooking – you can use the cards for so many other crafts and DIY projects as well. They make the perfect size for flash cards, or put them behind a frame for a gorgeous memo board. Punch a hole and make them a beautiful gift tag, or use them as a photo mat. And those are the ones I thought of in just a few quick minutes. My daughter is seriously lovin’ the photo memo board that I showed you at the top of this post – she has already changed it up three times!
What is this special deal you speak of?
*This post is part of a paid campaign with American Crafts, but all opinions are my own*
First of all, get your calendars out – you are going to want to write this one down, because it’s available for one day only. On August 5, several Project Life kits and mini kits will be available at a discounted price on HSN. I can’t tell you how low the prices are yet, but trust me, you will want to snag one of these kits while you can. What kits will be included in this special sale? You will get to choose from the following three core kits and one mini kit bundle:
That’s right, you get to choose between the Rain, Cinnamon, and Kraft core kits, or the Holidays and Seasons Mini Kit bundle. Awesome, right? So remember to check out HSN (or visit their website) on August 5th to get the special one day pricing. And when you do, come back and let me know which one you chose… I think I’m leaning towards the Kraft – I love that coral color!
Stephanie @ Bee Tree Studios says
I have Kraft and love it! Well, I have 7 core kits and the first HSN minis! Plus most of everything in digital format! I think I’m a bit obsessed =) I can’t wait for the 5th! It’s actually my birthday that day so I think it’s a sign I need more Project Life right? I mean, it’s half of what I blog about so it’s a necessary investment! Can’t wait to find out more! Thanks for sharing!
